Parameters:: sTag - the tag name; sAttr - the attribute name; sValue - the attribute value

                        string sChildTagContent)

Adds child tag for the given tag

Parameters:: sTag - the tag name; sChildTagName - the child tag name; sChildTagContent - the child tag content
